Walter Henry, CFA, ICD.D

Chief Executive Officer, President, Director

Walter Henry is a Chartered Financial Analyst with an extensive finance background encompassing Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, International Projects and Financial Reporting.

He offers broad expertise with Controls and Taxation Matters, Treasury & Financial Risk Management and Public Corporation Investor Relations. Walter acted as VP, Finance and CFO with a number of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange, including Tiberon Minerals Ltd., Royal Nickel Corp., Juno Special Situations Corp., and Alturas Minerals Corp. He also held the position of AVP, Mining & Infrastructure within the Financial Advisory Services Group of Price Waterhouse Coopers Securities Inc. He holds a BA in Political Science/Economics.

He has several years of experience in the finance and mining industries. He served with CIBC, BNP Paribas, and Price Waterhouse Coopers where he managed portfolios and arranged project financing totaling over $1 billion. Mr. Henry is an associate member of AIMR/Toronto Society of Financial Analysts and the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University.

While Walter Henry was the Interim CEO of Satori Resources Inc. (“BUD”) back in 2014, he evaluated many potential Cannabis related ventures that included greenhouse glass technology, underground grow-op opportunities, cannabis related medical patents and industrial park applications.

Tom Hussey

Director

Tom Hussey has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 40 years and is a KPMG alumnus. Over the past 30 years Tom has held senior positions in private companies within the packaging industry. Tom is currently Chief Financial Officer of N-Dimension Solutions Inc. Prior to N-Dimension Solutions, Tom was an executive VP and CFO of a global equipment manufacturer. He was also the CFO of Wallbridge Mining Company, before and after the company went public. He is currently a board director and chair of the audit committee for two publicly traded mining companies. He is currently a director of the Orillia Power Distribution Corporation and part of the audit committee for the Orillia Power Corporation. Tom is also a member of the board of directors for many non-profit organizations including Helping Hands.

Robert Blake III

Co-CEO, Director

Robert Blake III, was raised in New York City where he graduated from The Collegiate School. He has a B.A. Economics degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Also, Robert has been an advisor to physicians, manager of health care operations, and a health care investor for more than thirty (30) years. In 2013 with the passage of new legislation and after months of research regarding the medicinal benefits off cannabinoids, Bob invested in the Oregon cannabis industry. His investments began with vertically integrated operations of a grow facility, an extraction processor, and a dispensary. His Oregon cannabis holdings now include multiple grow facilities and dispensaries, an extraction processor, and a wholesale operation.

Robert Schwartz

Director

Robert Schwartz is and has been a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and global distribution as well as experience in financing micro-cap companies from inception/incubator stage to public markets. Mr. Schwartz is currently a director of Lineage Grow Company Ltd. (CSE BUDD) and is also a director at Aura Health Corp. Mr. Schwartz has invested, consulted or operated in over 15 cannabis companies internationally.

Gary Galitsky

Director; Member, Compensation Committee

Gary Galitsky is the President and a Director of Xanthic Biopharma Inc. (CSE: XTHC). Mr. Galitsky has been producing craft cannabis for designated use for 7 years and has extensive expertise in cannabis extraction techniques. Mr. Galitsky was one of the earliest applicants to receive a Canadian Marihuana Medical Access Regulations license for both personal and designated production. He has consulted for several licensed medical cannabis producers to develop both scaled plant production growth strategy as well as extraction and secondary processes.
