Walter Henry, CFA, ICD.D

Chief Executive Officer, President, Director

Walter Henry is a Chartered Financial Analyst with an extensive finance background encompassing Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, International Projects and Financial Reporting.

He offers broad expertise with Controls and Taxation Matters, Treasury & Financial Risk Management and Public Corporation Investor Relations. Walter acted as VP, Finance and CFO with a number of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange, including Tiberon Minerals Ltd., Royal Nickel Corp., Juno Special Situations Corp., and Alturas Minerals Corp. He also held the position of AVP, Mining & Infrastructure within the Financial Advisory Services Group of Price Waterhouse Coopers Securities Inc. He holds a BA in Political Science/Economics.

He has several years of experience in the finance and mining industries. He served with CIBC, BNP Paribas, and Price Waterhouse Coopers where he managed portfolios and arranged project financing totaling over $1 billion. Mr. Henry is an associate member of AIMR/Toronto Society of Financial Analysts and the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University.

While Walter Henry was the Interim CEO of Satori Resources Inc. (“BUD”) back in 2014, he evaluated many potential Cannabis related ventures that included greenhouse glass technology, underground grow-op opportunities, cannabis related medical patents and industrial park applications.

Robert Blake III

Co-CEO, Director

Robert Blake III, was raised in New York City where he graduated from The Collegiate School. He has a B.A. Economics degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Also, Robert has been an advisor to physicians, manager of health care operations, and a health care investor for more than thirty (30) years. In 2013 with the passage of new legislation and after months of research regarding the medicinal benefits off cannabinoids, Bob invested in the Oregon cannabis industry. His investments began with vertically integrated operations of a grow facility, an extraction processor, and a dispensary. His Oregon cannabis holdings now include multiple grow facilities and dispensaries, an extraction processor, and a wholesale operation.

Cindy Davis

Chief Financial Officer

Since June 2008, Ms. Davis has provided accounting and financial reporting services for publicly listed companies, through Marrelli Support Services Inc. She is currently a director and audit committee chair for OutdoorPartner Media Corporation; and CFO for each of Cobalt 27 Capital Corp., CHAR Technologies Ltd. and NSR Resources Inc. Ms. Davis is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Accounting and Economics from the University of West Indies.
