Mr. Ferron has 20 years of mining industry and capital markets experience. He has held various senior level roles in corporate finance, corporate development, and mining with companies such as Laramide Resources Ltd., Treasury Metals Inc., TMX Group and Scotiabank. Mr. Ferron has significant diverse merger and acquisitions experience, including Laramide’s Westwater ISR project acquisition. Recently, as CEO of Treasury Metals he led the completion of the Federal EA process leading to the Goldlund project acquisition, creating one of Canada’s largest gold developers. Mr. Ferron is head of Platinex’s board finance committee and is also currently a director of Fancamp Exploration Inc.
Graham C. Warren, CPA, CMAChief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Warren is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in the resource sector both domestically and internationally. Mr. Warren has served as the CFO and/or a director of numerous public and private companies and is currently CFO at Goliath Resources Ltd. Mr. Warren has had extensive involvement in all facets of organizations including finance, human resources, sales, marketing and operations and has guided boards in their corporate governance obligations.
Robin WebsterDirector of Operations and Community Engagement
Mr. Webster has 20 years of mineral exploration industry experience and has held a range of operational and executive positions in privately-held and publicly-traded resource companies. Mr. Webster has significant experience in NW Ontario through Goldeye Explorations Ltd. where his efforts led to the signing of an exploration agreement with Sandy Lake First Nation and reactivation of exploration activities at the company’s Weebigee project. In roles and Golden Mallard Corp. and JVX Ltd., he has managed numerous geophysical services contracts and field surveys. Mr. Webster is currently president of RKB Wolf LLC which provides project management and consulting services to the resource sector.
