Greg Ferron

Mr. Ferron has 20 years of mining industry and capital markets experience. He has held various senior level roles in mining, corporate finance, corporate development, and investor relations – including at Laramide Resources Ltd., Treasury Metals Inc., TMX Group and Scotiabank. Mr. Ferron has significant diverse merger and acquisitions experience, including Laramide’s Westwater ISR project acquisition. As Chief Executive Officer of Treasury Metals he recently led completion of the Federal EA process leading to the Goldlund project acquisition, creating one of Canada’s largest gold developers. Mr. Ferron is currently director of Fancamp Exploration Inc. and head of the finance and audit committee of Platinex Inc.
Graham C. Warren, CPA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Director and Chair of the audit Committee from April, 2019 to July, 2020 then assumed role as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary on August 1, 2020 to present while remaining on board. Mr. Warren is a Senior Financial Executive with over 30 years of experience in the resource sector both domestically and internationally. Mr. Warren has served as CFO and/or Director of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Warren has had extensive involvement in all facets of organizations including finance, human resources, sales, marketing and operations and has guided boards in their corporate governance obligations.

Chairman of the Board of the Company, 1998 to present; CEO and President of the Company 1998-2018, 2019 to 2021; President, J. R. Trusler & Associates (mineral consultant), 1995 to present. Geological Engineer with over 45 years of exploration experience with a history of discovery and strategic acquisitions of world class scale gold, uranium and Ni-Cu-PGE deposits.
Sam Kiri, CFA, B.Sc (Eng), CMA
Director
Mr. Kiri has over 20 years capital markets and asset management experience in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim, with a primary focus on the mining and energy sectors. He was an equity analyst for the Scotia Pacific Rim Mutual Fund and one of the founders of Proactive Investors, a global media network which provides information on capital market activities, with considerable focus on the mining Sector. In addition, he is involved in cross border capital markets with ASX, and London AIM companies onto the Toronto Stock Exchange. Sam was involved in macro policy research with focus on the impact of geo-politics on the energy and mining sectors. His past and present clients include Medley Global Advisors (US), Zimmerman Adams International (UK), CRU Group (UK) and Roskill/Wood Mackenzie (UK) global research institution specialized in Battery Metals and Industrial Minerals. Sam’s education includes a B. Sc. In Mechanical Engineering – (Petroleum Refining) and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London).
Felix Lee, P. Geo.

Mr. Lee is an economic geologist and Senior Executive with over 30 years of business and project management experience in the minerals industry both in Canada and internationally. Mr. Lee completed his tenure as Director and Principal Consultant to CSA Global Canada in 2019 and was previously owner and President of the predecessor Toronto-based geological consultancy ACA Howe International Limited. Felix Lee is currently the President of Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (“PDAC”) the largest such mining industry organization in the world. During his twelve years on the board and as President and Vice-President at PDAC he has served on the Executive, Governance & Nominating, Human Resource Development, and Membership Committees.
Christophe Vereecke, MBA
Director
Mr. Vereecke is a businessman and entrepreneur based in Paris, with a background in finance, oil and gas, mine royalties and renewable energy (post mining). As an entrepreneur he has been involved in the startup of several businesses including co-founder and former chief financial officer of Business Oil Platform, a physical oil trading and logistics company operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Vereecke’s current investment firm has a focus in the extractive industry, mine royalties, and the diamond markets. He is currently a director of Treasury Metals Inc. since 2015. Mr. Vereecke holds a GG (Graduate Gemologist) from the GIA in USA and an MBA 2 (Wealth Management & Family Office) from Financia Business School in France.
